Troubleshooting
VirtualiTour.ca photo applets use real estate industry standard Egg Photo Equipment and Sun Java applet image embedding to provide you with a 360 degree viewing angle.
If you are having difficulty viewing the pictures please follow our troubleshooting tips below.
Image Does Not Display
Be
sure you have "Java" installed in your browser.
If Java is not installed in your browser, or you are not sure, you can check it on this page
Special technical note to Internet Explorer 7 users:
Java is "off" by default.
"Java" needs to be running to view the photo tour. To turn Java on
you need to do this manually.
on the Internet Explorer browser toolbar click on Tools > Internet
Options
The go to the tab "Programs" and click on "Manage add-ons"
Find the "JSE2 Runtime" by "Sun Microsystems, Inc" and highlight it
then click on "enable". You will need to then close Internet
Explorer for the changes to take effect, then visit this page again.
To change view and image in the VirtualiTour applet:
Click the arrows or use the menu to switch between pictures on your
VirtualiTour
